Our Guaranteed Pricing Model
We believe that true learning is measured by real progress. That's why we structure our pricing to put your success first.
Course Setup & Planning
The first half of your investment covers the preparation and resources that go into creating your customized learning experience:
- Instructor preparation: Dedicating a qualified instructor to your unique learning journey.
- Course materials: Curated resources, readings, and reference materials tailored to your goals.
- Course design: Crafting a curriculum that matches your learning style and objectives.
- Assignments & assessments: Creating exercises, projects, and milestones to measure your growth.
Pay When You've Learned
The second half is due only once you've met at least one of your agreed learning goals — defined collaboratively with your instructor before the first session.
- Success metrics are set collaboratively between you and your instructor during your Discovery Call.
- If you don't meet at least one agreed goal, the completion payment is not due.
- Regular check-ins throughout the course keep you on track and give you visibility into your progress.
Terms & Conditions
- Learning goals are documented in writing. Goals and success metrics are confirmed in your Learning Agreement before the first session.
- Attendance. The Learning Guarantee requires attendance at 80% or more of scheduled sessions.
- Good faith participation. Both student and instructor agree to engage earnestly with the course content and assignments.
- Dispute resolution. Progress disputes are reviewed in good faith by the Data Detectives team in consultation with the instructor. A written response is provided within 14 business days.
